Fraame Healthcare has been a ‘quiet achiever’ in the health and life sciences technology space over the last 10 years. Head quartered in Christchurch and a founder company of the EPIC Innovation center Initiative, Fraame now has offices and staff in Auckland, Christchurch, Melbourne and Sydney.
Fraame Healthcare has traversed the GFC and the Canterbury earthquakes to become a pre-eminent provider of application software and services to the Non-Government, community and Not for Profit sectors in New Zealand, with a growing presence in Australia.

CEO Gavin Wright has played a key role in the development of the health IT sector in New Zealand for many years, including being Chair of NZ Health IT for 5 years and a member of the HINZ Board.

In addition to its core FileVision health client and case management program, Fraame Healthcare also has a vibrant practice supporting a varied group of organisations in the development of specialized web health solutions such as clinical research databases, directories and education resources. Fraame Healthcare partners with organisations such as the University of Canterbury Health Sciences Department (HSAC) and specialist health education and professional development services throughout New Zealand, such as the National Cancer peer support network, Cancer Chat, Kites Trust in Wellington and the New Zealand Society of Anesthetists, among many others.

 

Outside Canterbury, Fraame Healthcare has invested in new offices and staffing to support its Australasian growth, with a particular focus in Australia on the Victorian health care market. Growth includes in 2015, the establishment of offices in Albany Auckland with 4 staff and Melbourne in Southbank (in the CBD), with 2 staff to compliment its specialist client support team member based in Sydney. Despite the exciting new growth in Australia, the company remains firmly committed to its Canterbury foundations and will continue to invest in the growth of its core support and development services.
